Cancellations and Refunds

At Yoova, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and transparent cancellations and refunds process. Please read the following policy for details.
1. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed for shipping. To cancel your order:
Online Orders: You can cancel your order directly from the website and for any assistance you can contact our customer service team at contact@yoova.in.
Order Status: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our Returns Policy.
2. Refunds Process
Once your order has been cancelled or returned (in accordance with our Returns Policy), we will initiate a refund. Refunds are processed as follows:
Payment Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.).
Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
3. Return Policy
If you change your mind or find an issue with your product after receiving it, we offer a hassle-free return process within the following terms:
Return Window: You can return items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Items that are worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned.
A reverse shipment fee upto Rs 100 can be charged for excessive returns, which will be deducted from the refund.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Intimate or undergarment items (unless defective)
4. Refunds for Returns
Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is defective, damaged, or you received an incorrect item, we will offer a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product, providing photos or video evidence of the issue.
Refund Processing Time: After we receive the returned product and verify the condition, we will process the refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be issued.
5. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, you may do so within the return window, subject to availability. The product must be returned in unused and undamaged condition.
6. How to Request a cancellation or Return

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at contact@yoova.in. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to cancel/return, and a brief reason for the request.
Return Shipping: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. In most cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
Processing: Once we receive your return, we will process the refund or exchange as per the details above.
7. Order Modifications
Once an order is placed and confirmed, we are unable to modify it (e.g., change the size, colour, or quantity). If you need to change your order, we recommend cancelling the current order and placing a new one.
8. Cancellation and Refund Limitations
Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Discounted Items: Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts may be subject to specific terms and conditions that differ from our standard return policy.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
