Orders are typically processed within 3 business days from the time they are placed.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Charges
We offer various shipping options based on your location. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method.
Standard Shipping: Within 5 business Days.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over ₹999.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and external factors such as weather conditions or postal service delays.
3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We currently offer domestic shipping across all major cities and towns in India. Once your order is shipped, the delivery time typically ranges between 2 and 14 business days, depending on your location.
4. Shipping to International Locations
Currently, we only ship to addresses within India. For international shipping, please contact our customer service team at contact@yoova.in for more information on availability and pricing.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order's status and estimated delivery date.
6. Delivery Issues
In case of any delivery issues, such as:
Delayed Delivery: While we aim to meet the estimated delivery time, external factors may cause delays. If your order is delayed beyond the expected time frame, please contact us at contact@yoova.in for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at contact@yoova.in within 2 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return or replacement process.
